The following outlines our process of how we will work with you from start to finish:

  • Step 1: Tender Assessment - We begin by thoroughly assessing the tender documents to understand the scope and objectives, followed by identifying the specific requirements and criteria outlined in the tender to ensure you meet all pre-conditions.

  • Step 2: Onboarding - We set up a shared folder to work out of throughout the tender submission to ensure we have one source of information.

  • Step 3: Response Planning - We create a response tracker to manage deadlines and key milestones throughout the submission process, collaborate with your team to discuss tender requirements and establish key roles that will be responsible for gathering information. 

  • Step 4: Information Gathering - Informed by the response tracker you will be responsible for gathering key information that will be used to inform the tender response. We will also carry out desktop research to understand best practices and tailor your response effectively. This helps us align your business strengths with the tender specifications.

  • Step 5: Writing the Response - Once all the relevant information has been collected we will craft a clear, concise, and informative tender response that articulates your business's capabilities, addressing all specified requirements.

  • Step 6: Tags & Assumptions - We will work with you to discuss any assumptions or factors that may impact project delivery or costs, ensuring transparency in your submission.

  • Step 7: Review and Amend - It is best practice to move through 2 to 3 reviews that will allow us to identify areas for improvement and incorporate suggestions to enhance the submission.

  • Step 8: Contract Terms - We will provide any clarity around terms and conditions that are not understood, addressing any concerns before submission. 

  • Step 9: Final Review & Formatting - Once everyone is happy we will conduct a final check for spelling, grammar, and overall presentation ensuring the submission aligns with your brand and is professionally formatted.

  • Step 10: Submission - We are happy to submit the completed tender response on your behalf, ensuring adherence to all submission guidelines and deadlines.

  • Step 11: Post-Submission Review - After submission, we can help analyse feedback from the tendering client to facilitate key learnings for future submissions.
